Foodie Lucas: Yummy traditional Cantonese food in Sheung Wan

Nowadays it is not very easy to find traditional Cantonese food in Hong Kong. This restaurant is conveniently situated not far from Sheung Wan MTR station and serves really special Cantonese (Shun Tak cuisine) that can hardly be found elsewhere.

Pan fried Mandarin fish ball
They are basically slices of Mandarin fish, served with oyster sauce. They are pan fried and all bones were removed. It is the signature dish of this restaurant. It is fresh with rich taste of fish.

Barbecue pork and chicken liver
It is a "sandwich" of pork, liver and bread. Chicken may taste dreadful, mineral-y, bloody flavour but it is a perfect match with pork and bread. It does worth a try.

Olive angle and sour pork rib
Pork rib is common but cooking it with olive angle is certainly. It is a bit sweet but not overly. It enriches the taste of the pork rib and perfect for rice.

Dessert
Last but not least, you may order baked sago pudding as dessert! The restaurant is located near the waterfront so do take a walk after having big meal at this restaurant.
